This portfolio of photographs is the result of a number of study tours made by a practicing architect over a number of years for the purpose of increasing his personal understanding of the important buildings from the past that form a part of the historical foundation of architectural design. The photographs cover a broad range of his interests including European Gothic cathedrals and chapels, Moorish monuments in Spain, Egyptian ruins, Japanese gardens, and - for a change of pace - birds.

These images are suitable for personal use, use in advertising, education, and other media. Use is prohibited however, unless you purchase a CD of a specific collection. The "add to cart" buttons on each gallery page allow you to purchase a CD of that gallery's content (including 300dpi full-sized images).
